Adult Programs (14+)

Our adult programming supports players at every level — from those learning the fundamentals to experienced competitors looking to refine strategy and consistency. Through structured coaching, organized play, and social mixers, we create opportunities to develop your skills and enjoy the game in a welcoming, year-round setting.

Programs for all ages

This program allows children to learn tennis with their parent. Mini nets and foam balls are used. Activities are designed to physically engage both the child and parent.                  

Ages: 3-5

Parent & tot Lessons

Red Ball

This program introduces the foundational skills of tennis with an oversized low compression ball on a smaller court. Players learn basic rally, serve and net play skills along with activities that build tennis specific coordination.                  

Ages: 6-8

Ball: Red (Oversized high-density foam or Felt) 

Racquet Size: 19”- 21”

Court: ¼ of a full court. Lower net.

Orange Ball

Orange tennis is played on a ¾ size court with a low-compression ball. Players learn how to serve, rally, score and play at the net.


Ages:
9-11

Ball: Orange (approximately 50% compression of a yellow ball)

Racquet Size: 23”

Court: ¾ of a full court. Lower net.

Players learn to serve, rally, score, and play at net in singles and doubles on a regulation sized court with a low-compression transition ball.               

Ages: 12-14

Ball: Green (approximately 75% compression of a yellow ball)  

Racquet Size: 25” & 26”

Court: Full court. Regular net height.
