Policies

  • Requests for refunds must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the circumstance giving rise to the refund request. Refunds may be granted, in the association's discretion, in the following circumstances: (a) medical reasons preventing the participation, supported by a physician’s written certification; relocation of the participant's primary residence more than 50 kilometers from Swift Current; or other exceptional circumstances as determined by the association.

  • Memberships are renewed each year and last from the time the nets go up in the spring until they come down in the autumn.

    • Wait for a break in play before walking behind courts.

    • Throw away all trash.

    • Close the gate behind you.

    • Treat all players with respect.

  • Rain: All play must cease immediately if courts are wet.

Air Quality: Programs are cancelled if the Environment Canada AQHI reaches 7 or higher.

Lightning: If thunder is heard or lightning is seen, clear the courts immediately. Play may not resume until 30 minutes after the last clap of thunder.

Heat Stress: If the humidex exceeds 40°C, programs will be shortened, or frequency of water breaks will be doubled. If it exceeds 45°C, play is cancelled.

Safety First: When in doubt, the club will always err on the side of caution. Personal safety is our priority over completing a match or session.
